Who We Are
PRM.life is a pastoral relationship management platform. Churches such as District Church use PRM.life to communicate with members who have opted in to receive SMS. This policy covers data collected through the PRM.life platform and the SMS opt-in form at https://prm.life/optin.
Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services, such as SMS delivery and customer support, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out immediately. You may also contact the church directly or email privacy@prm.life to request deletion of your contact record. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Opt-in consent records are retained for compliance purposes.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on pastoral needs and individual relationships, typically ranging from a few per month to several per week for actively engaged members. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Information We Collect
We collect the following when you opt in to SMS at /optin: full name, phone number (if provided), and your separate consent choices for marketing and transactional SMS. We also log the IP address, user agent, and timestamp of your opt-in submission as a verifiable consent record.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to send the pastoral SMS messages you have consented to receive, to maintain a record of your consent for compliance purposes, and to operate the PRM.life platform on behalf of the church you are associated with. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who Has Access
Pastoral staff at the church you opted in with have access to your contact record. PRM.life operators have access for system administration and support. Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, processes message transmission. Supabase, our database provider, stores data on our behalf. No other parties have access.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion, and to opt out of SMS at any time without affecting your relationship with the church.
