About These Terms

PRM.life is a pastoral relationship management platform used by churches such as District Church to communicate with their congregations. By using PRM.life or opting in to SMS at /optin, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in at https://prm.life/optin, you agree to receive SMS from the church you opted in with, sent through the PRM.life platform.

Message types: appointment reminders, prayer requests, event notifications, personal pastoral follow-up, and welcome confirmations. We do not send marketing or political content under the transactional consent.

Message frequency varies based on pastoral needs and individual relationships, typically from a few per month to several per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are your responsibility. Neither PRM.life nor the church charges for SMS.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance.

You must be 13 years of age or older to opt in. Users under 18 may require parental consent depending on local law.

Opt-in is never assumed, inherited, or purchased from third parties. Consent is required and must be given through the web form at /optin or documented in writing by church staff.

Carriers supported: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers via Twilio. International SMS is not currently supported.

Acceptable Use

Do not reply with threatening, harassing, or unlawful content. Do not use SMS replies to solicit, advertise, or impersonate others. Abuse may result in termination of SMS service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SMS services are provided as-is. PRM.life and the church are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues, network outages, or recipient device problems.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or email. Continued use of SMS services after an update constitutes acceptance.
